Our founders was raised in a small village in the Mediterrenean built on community togetherness. He grew up enjoying freshly prepared meals with his loved ones around the dinner table, filled with open conversation, story-telling, and abundant laughter. On special occasions like birthdays, holidays, or any other moment to celebrate, traditional deserts concluded these blissful family gatherings.. Our favorite treats all had one thing in common: they were baked with the region's culinary jewel, mastic. We forever associates mastic with memories of happiness, family, and togetherness, associations shared by many Greeks and Turks.
